Where we ship
We ship within the United States only.

Preorders
Explain Yourself is currently available for preorder. All preorders
placed before November 16, 2026 ship on November 16, 2026.

If we cannot ship by that date, we will email you before it passes with
a revised date. You can accept the new date or cancel for a full refund.

Orders after launch
Orders placed after November 16, 2026 ship within 2 business days.

Carriers and rates
USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, calculated at checkout by weight
and destination. Free shipping on orders over $50.

Delivery times
Once shipped, USPS typically delivers in 2 to 5 business days. Delivery
times are estimates, not guarantees, and December is the hardest month
of the year to predict.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable, we'll email you and reship
once you confirm the address. We cover reshipping the first time.
