Refund policy

Preorder cancellations
You can cancel a preorder any time before it ships for a full refund.
Email hello@explainyourselfgame.com with your order number.

Returns
If you change your mind after it arrives, you have 30 days from delivery
to return it. The game must be in its original box and in resellable
condition, with all 116 cards and the timer. Return shipping is your
responsibility.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, email
hello@explainyourselfgame.com with a photo within 14 days and we'll
send a replacement at no cost. Don't ship anything back.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10
business days of us receiving the return, or within 5 business days
for a preorder cancellation.
